How to live a steady life and live longer. Changing your habits may surely help and result into better living. One of my doctor friend gave me some easy tips might sound hard to follow but once you get started you will see the great results this small habit change can bring to your life.
1) Have a minimum of 6 hours of sleep ideal time is 10pm to 4am
2) Have atleast 40 mins of brisk walk and add the last 10 min to stretching to your muscles
3) Do not skip your breakfast...Never have a heavy breakfast.
4) Try and avoid white in your food and see the miracle like Sugar, Salt, Rice
5) Eat small meals every 4 hours
6) Try and avoid more spicy and fried food
7) Have very light dinner
8) People working indoors should atleast come in contact with sunlight for 10 min a day to consume Vitamin D early mornings are good for sunlight
9) Stop Smoking and Drinking
10) Last but not the least open your heart and laugh at loud
