NEVER DIET: Dieting in my mind is the craziest concept in the world. In the new year, you see all the sead vertisements encouraging people to get in shape with some sort of crazy gimmick. Whether it be a new weight loss formula, new “system” and even new machines which “eliminate the need to workout”. Lets make this simple people, if you want to be healthy, I’m all for it. But don’t choose a gimmick, choose a healthy life style. Instead of a diet plan, choose a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthy not only improves your waistline, it is good for your skin, its good for your heart, its good for your mood, its gives you more energy, lets you think clearer and lets you live a longer healthier life. So if you resolve to get into shape, get into a healthy lifestyle, leave alcohol and be hydrated with more water! Eat less junk and more veggies! You owe it to yourself!
